Treasury: Russia’s federal budget surplus at 484 bln rbl Jan–May

MOSCOW, Jun 15 (PRIME) -- Russia’s federal budget surplus amounted to 483.693 billion rubles in January–May, the Federal Treasury said in a statement on Friday.

Budget revenue amounted to 6.913 trillion rubles and spending stood at 6.429 trillion rubles.

Earlier in June, the Finance Ministry preliminary estimated Russia’s budget surplus at 458.9 billion rubles in January–May, or at 1.2% of the country’s gross domestic product.
